Nugent helps England

England started their reign under new manager Stuart Pearce, going down 2-0 early on against Spain’s under 21’s. Then popped up England’s newest hottest property, David Nugent to score the first goal in England’s new shirt. That changed the score to 2-1 and it was Nugent’s 3rd goal for England and his 3rd goal this month. Reading’s Leroy Lita later eualised for England at Derby’s Pride Park.

Nugent stared up front on his own but was later joined by Walcott and Lita.
