“Win a player” is back but this time the new rejuvenated scheme of “Buy a player”. Coca-Cola have stated that £10m is up for grabs in prizes ranging from 50p to £100`000. There is a 50% chance of winning so Preston fans are being urged to go out and buy that vital coke which could boost Preston`s season. The winners of the £100`000 prize will also pocket £10`000 for themselves. The promotion started on Tuesday 16th and is valid for promotional bottles and multipacks of Coca-Cola and Coke Zero.
PNE manager said “It is a fantastic idea and I hope our spectators get right behind it.” He hopes the scheme will massively improve his clubs fortunes, although Preston are already currently in good form.
Everybody who enters the promotion will also be entered into the draw which allows their club to win £250`000 to buy a player of their choice up until 7/2/07 and the result of the winner will be announced on the 10th on TV.
