Preston last met up with Madley at the start of this season when he took charge of the game against Scunthorpe at Glanford Park. North End won the game 4-0 and there was only one yellow card shown, that going to Neil Bishop.
So far this season, Madley has been in charge of 28 games showing 80 yellow cards and three red.
Madley will be joined by assistant referees David Richardson and Mark Heywood, the fourth official is Joseph Worrall.
